1. Proper Hygiene: ensure to use only pure cotton panties. 

Make sure to wash undies with hot water, and spread under wears directly under the sun ( not in the toilet or bathrooms because pants left to dry in the bathroom retain moisture that increases the chances of bacteria re-infection) 

2. Use water or wet wipes  to clean up after every toilet use: dry wipes leave residues that can cause infections or odors  Always clean from front to back after using rest room to avoid contamination with feacal matter 

3. Yogurt: Yogurt is a probiotic that can help to restore the natural balance of bacteria in the vagina. It also helps to reduce odour and inflammation. Drink 1 glass of plain unsweetened yogurt each day for 14 days to see results.
